General Technical Specifications of Our Apartments

Floor Finishes

1. Ceramic tiles in the living room, kitchen, corridor and bathroom.
2. Ceramic tiles or parquet laminated flooring in the bedrooms.
3. Ceramic tiles on the verandah.

Wall Finishes

4. Bathroom wall will be lined in ceramic tiles up to the height of the door.
5. Wall in between the kitchen units will be lined in ceramic tiles.

6. Iron fencing or Glass fencing of 1.20 m height.

26. Electrical current provision: Two double sockets in each bedroom or one double socket and two single sockets, depending on the area. Two double sockets in the living room and one single depending on the area.  One switch in the corridor, for the electric current provision of hot water by the solar heater.  Two double sockets and two heater switches with a socket for the electric provision of the oven and the ceramic hob elements in the kitchen.
