Guide to Buying Property in Cyprus
The company will guide the perspective customer though the property buying process so that all required legal procedures are followed, thus securing the customer’s interests.  The process includes the consultation for:

• The Title Deed and Transfer of Ownership though the Cyprus Land Registry
• Real Estate Transfer Tax schedule provided to customer in advance before the purchase
• Property Taxes, Fees and Rates schedule provided to customer in advance before the purchase

Guide to Financing Process
The Company cooperates with most major commercial banks in Cyprus to offer a number of pre-approved mortgage plans.  The plans are very well defined and easy to understand as all detailed information is provided.  The plans, for example, offer the customers the opportunity to select from different down payment options and different repayment periods.  The company will walk the customer through the financing process and provide assistance until the mortgage is complete.
